The engineer of automated management systems and the technical protection of information of the headquarters
Abstract
This article is devoted to the training of officers from 1991 to the present time. The article considers the reform of education both in public and in civilian universities in this study suggests that reforms are not always thoughtful character and corny reduced to quantitative reduction of universities and faculties (departments) of military training.
