THE VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT: A PHENOMENOLOGICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The problem of organizing and advanced training of specialists able to perform a professional activity directly after graduation are considers in this article. As a means for advanced training offers virtual educational environment. The analysis of the term «the virtual educational environment» as a specific pedagogical phenomenon, and the conclusion is made about the ways of creation of the virtual educational environment. The results of approbation of the developed VKOS "CNC"are describes.
