Abstract
The integration processes in the field of science and education involve the combining of national systems with European space, including common requirements. Universalization occurs for proficiency in the foreign language requirements system. One of the most important tasks is to build a system of "language education throughout life" when the language is a self-evident component of the expansion of the educational field.
