Abstract
The functioning of the educational activities of the organization and its competitiveness in the market of additional education is provided by professional competence of teachers and their willingness to self-actualization. The focus of the article is made on the optimal structural and substantial model of formation and development of readiness of teachers to professional work in the field of supplementary education for children and ensure its successful implementation of pedagogical conditions.
