Abstract
This paper presents an example of the first lesson in physics in 7th grade. After all, the first lesson the students formed related to the subject, as they say, first impressions - the most true. The author offered the option of a lesson-excursion as familiarity with the subject of physics, its basic concepts and characteristics. Attention is drawn to the fact that the physics - that is all that surrounds us, what happens to us in everyday life.
