Abstract
The article defines the possibility and practice illustrated the determination and specification of definitions of the category "education". The structure of the vocational training of teachers the ability to define a productive self-expression and self-realization in the model use and verification of pedagogical modeling as a method of scientific and pedagogical research and the method of production of innovative teaching resources. modern pedagogy categories need to be clarified and detail, as traditional pedagogy replenish their resources due to new scientific knowledge, called in modern scientific practice "knowledge of innovative pedagogy".
