Abstract
The possibility of determination and refinement of "self-realization" category in the pedagogy of physical culture and sports. Qualitative decision of tasks is the practice of the definition of constructs in personal fulfillment through rugby training. All the models presented in the work, will be used as the structure studies of socialization and personal fulfillment through rugby training system.
