THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPEECH IN CHILDREN OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE WITH SEVERE INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES THROUGH FAIRY TALE THERAPY

Abstract
Children with severe intellectual disabilities are one of the most unexplored and challenging in correctional terms, the group of students. The article summarizes the results of research of features of development of speech in children in this category. The authors identified factors that negatively affect the development of speech in children in this category and, according to them, the challenges of correctional and developing work, and developed recommendations for more efficient use of fairy tale therapy as a means of development of speech.
