Abstract
The article reflects the possibility of socialization in the model of modern education, the pedagogical technology of interaction in the work of the teacher of physical culture, be facilitating improvement of quality of independent work and as a consequence, the quality of socialization. The possibility of quality of socialization in the continuing education system defines the prospect of building a competitive relationship, where productivity and personal fulfillment is a prerequisite for self-activity of the person.
