COMMUNICATION READINESS OF STUDENTS TO DO MORNING EXERCISES WITH SOME ELEMENTS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE

Abstract
The object of the study was made by the process of formation of readiness of students to the physical self. The subject of research is the self-esteem of students of 1-3 courses of economic and legal faculties of their willingness to do morning exercises every day. It turns out empirical signs of communication habits every day to do morning exercises with faculty, course, sex students ready to read literature about the physical self-improvement, visit the sports section, the ability to choose the exercises to develop strength, doing exercises to develop endurance, a habit to pour cold water, self-assessment of knowledge about development of physical abilities, self-control of the physical condition, attitude toward doping. A comparison of the results of the survey of students in 2005 and in 2015. The study used methods: survey (students expressed agreement or disagreement with statements), statistical processing of survey results (used statistical program developed based on Excel), verification of a statistically significant difference (Fisher's). According to 2005 data revealed a statistically significant relationship signs of readiness of students do morning exercises every day with the following factors: the rate at which students learn (found signs of the negative dynamics of the physical activity of students from 1 to 3 courses); reading literature students in physical education (there is evidence of the positive impact of reading literature on the willingness to do exercises); the habit of students pour cold water (there is evidence of the positive impact of pouring cold water on the willingness to do exercises). Based on the comparison of answers of students in 2005 and in 2015 showed signs of adverse changes in students' readiness to do morning exercises. On the basis of empirical research in 2005, 2015 revealed no statistically significant evidence of the relationship between students' readiness to do morning exercises every day, and the following factors: the faculty, where students are trained; Students floor; students attending sports sections. Due to the decrease in 2015 compared to 2005, the number of identified links between elements of physical culture formulated assumption about adverse change in physical training of the students in the direction of decreasing integrity.
