TO A QUESTION OF IMPLEMENTATION OF CUSTOMER-ORIENTED APPROACH AT UNIVERSITY

Abstract
In article features of implementation of customer-oriented approach in education are considered. On the example of activities of educational institution the author analyzes groups of concerned parties, offers approaches to determination of their requirements, and also implementation of accounting of these requirements in university activities. Questions of an assessment of satisfaction of concerned parties are taken up.
