THEORETICAL BASES OF FORMATION SOCIO – CULTURAL COMPETENCE IN SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS INTRASCHOOL FOR TRAINING IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPETENCE APPROACH

Abstract
Sociocultural competence in a constantly changing environment is understood as a necessary and essential component of professional competence of teachers of secondary school. However, it should be recognized that the socio-cultural competence is in the development stage and has no final formulation , however , research is needed that would allow to concretize this concept and determine its place and value in teaching science in general and in the training , in particular.
Sociocultural competence in scientific and educational literature is characterized by tolerance and openness, ability to mobilize their experience and ability to search, processing and application of social and cultural information in a particular situation to address specific professional problems of intercultural communication ( SM Kolova ) [11].
