Abstract
The article describes the practice of self-realization and socialization of students in the youth Centre "Orion" on the example of a group taekwondo, where the emphasis is on identifying the basis for the development of professional and pedagogical culture of trainers in taekwondo, implementing the idea of productive personal expression in the system of practice taekwondo as a condition of acceptance of humanistic paradigm of modern education.
