TO THE QUESTION OF THE TECHNIQUE FOR REALIZATION OF STRATEGY OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN THE INSTITUTIONS OF ADDITIONAL CHILDREN’S EDUCATION

Abstract
In this article the technique for realization of strategy of human resource management in the institutions of additional children’s education (IАCE) is offered. The technique is a complex of components and is considered on the example of the Institution of additional education of children “’Our Harbor”. The complex includes: 1) creation of certain social and pedagogical conditions; 2) determination of formation and realization principles of personnel policies in IACE; 3) formulation of the purposes and objectives of strategic human resource management; 4) determination of methods of human resource management; 5) creating and maintaining organizational culture; 6) development of mechanisms for the management of personnel motivation.
