Abstract
Achievements reached by the educational psychology in China establish a theoretical grounds for inquiry learning by gaining a foothold in scholarly supervision and scientific discoveries. The other task of developing the inquiry learning is the curricula reforming towards the students’ creativity stimulation, which had always been an important objective of the educational psychology. While founding a scholarly basement of the students’ creativity formation, the Chinese educational psychologists in a systematic manner examine the psychological structure, measures, formation and types of creativity in addition to conditions developing creativity. The Chinese psychologists have set forth some creative learning and education concepts striving to apply the basic principles of creativity to satisfy a social demand for the creative talents, prepared amid students.
