Abstract
The article discusses the possible corporate training to training competitive young workers at enterprises of Russia. Provides pedagogical conditions of effective organization of training workers in the training centers of enterprises. Describes possible applications of the modular technologies of training for the training of young workers in the training centers of enterprises.
