Abstract
The article discusses the possibility and the specificity of the organization of the pedagogical interaction of a teacher of the higher school and students included in the system of courses and practices that implement the terms of a comprehensive professionally-pedagogical training of a teacher to perform professional pedagogical duties and job functions in the structure of the self, employment.
