Abstract
The paper deals with the peculiarities of formation of social competence of the Eternal Affairs professionals on the second (transitional) stage of the forming experiment. According to the technologies of social competence of cadets of higher educational establishments of Ukraine formation the main directions and methods of work, including the construction of the content of educational material, maintaining a favorable social and psychological environment in the educational process and providing subject-subject interaction between teachers and cadets as the basis for imitation socially purposeful behavior have been worked out.
