Abstract
The article discusses development of adaptive modular master program in "Engineering pedagogy" focused on the needs of regional employers. Is a variant of the layout of the curriculum of the master program "Engineering pedagogy" and the primary experience of implementing modular master program in "Engineering pedagogy" in the context of the University.
