Abstract
The universities’ control by the state and capital exists already over fifteen years and meets almost no confrontation. In such conditions the university scholars are rather handicapped to produce so precious knowledge concerning labour. The publications’ quality in journals targeting at the broad readership had considerably dropped. Publications in magazines are below the academic level.
