Abstract
The article focuses on how physical education affects human life. About the perception of the younger generation of physical activity as something problematic, difficult, perhaps even hostile. In this article we will try to throw off a bright red label with the industry of fitness and physical exercises, draw a parallel between physical education and personal success. We will try to find a connection. We will open the issue of physical culture as one of the components of human social life.
