Abstract
The article describes the experience of studying in the model of socialization training of the future teacher of physical culture. Socialization is seen as a product of modern education, ensuring the relevance of the individual in the system of social institutions and social relations. Models of "socialization" category are determined within the context of the future teachers studied the foundations of teaching methodology.
