Abstract
This article examines the totality of the subjective and objective conditions of self-actualization of the person providing the efficiency of the implementation of teacher professional activities. Particular importance is attached to subjective conditions that are considered by the author in the unity of the personal, psychological, scientific-theoretical and practical components of readiness for self-actualization. It is noted that an important role for the intensification of this process are the objective conditions that embody social relevance of self-actualization.
