Abstract
The article deals with the impact of globalization on the evaluation of the quality of education in post-Soviet countries. There are comparative variables of traditional and modern schools. And also presented the seven principles of innovative development of the schools for which there is a comparison of the post-Soviet states. The main factor in the development of education quality assessment systems is the international studies. There is a measuring comparison for the quality of education with N.Naydenova's multiplex.
