Abstract
The article considers the impact of Internet technologies on modern education, described the emergence of a new trend - mobile learning. The analysis of existing software developments in the field of mobile learning implementation, the technique of an electronic textbook for mobile devices on the Andriod operating system based on the principles of instructional design. In accordance with this technique a mobile application was developed.
