Abstract
Article is devoted to questions of standardization of electronic training, property interoperability is determined, Tin Can API standard benefits are allocated, and requirements to an electronic rate according to Tin Can API are described. The author carried out the overview of software of development of electronic rates, possibilities of the iSpring program, the supporting Tin Can API standard are determined.
