Abstract
The article examines the key issues to develop a continuous professional education. The main characteristic of vocational education is considered to be innovative approaches to the management of educational systems, which increase its level in the market of educational services. Also in the article the structural model of socially-oriented research and innovation University complex. Considered as distance learning, through which students can gain knowledge on remote access from home, while teachers improve their skills.
