Abstract
Modern teaching must be innovative. Innovation in higher education, primarily linked to the teacher's personality. For a successful career university teacher training is necessary to build such a way "to study the work and teaching of flowed naturally and with the need to create such conditions and, as a result of such actions of the students, so that they can not not learn".
