Abstract
There has been presented the aspects of training of students of the specialty of Economics and management on discipline «Quality Management». Basic in the formation of the complex knowledge of students, the author identified the eight key principles of total quality management TQM, as well as clearly shown and described the algorithm «Deming cycle» and «the spiral of quality».
