Abstract
The article reveals the potential of applied arts as a means of forming children's moral values. It focuses on the necessity of spiritual education in modern accelerating world. On this backrgound art is shown as a phenomenon ensuring continuity of generations by passing down knowledge, moral values and spiritual experience.
