Abstract
Now take into consideration develop robot systems, aviation and comics' systems.Therefor highly of present interest study to part mathematics as theory rational management, in particular, variational calculation, which is base this theory. Quality practical publish is insufficiently. Therefor authors spare attention problems by variational calculation make use of own labours and labours [1-5]. This labour is useful engineering, students, post-graduate students attending as theory rational managements technical systems.
