Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of profile selection problem of lexical and grammatical material in professional focused course of a foreign language in technical high school. It is emphasized that profile selection of a material, on the one hand, develops professional competences of future specialist, with another – promotes formation of his professional motivation.
