Abstract
The results of the success of the 90 foreign students Bukovinian State Medical University with english learning the discipline of "Pediatrics and child infectious diseases" before and after the introduction of distance learning environment Moodle and found that distance learning environment Moodle enables foreign students to better prepare for classes.
