Abstract
The article deals with improving the efficiency of the learning process in a modern comprehensive school. Considered pedagogical aspects of improving the mental education of pupils on the basis of psychological patterns of thinking. As the leading ways to improve the effectiveness of the educational process defined the process of developing of modern psycho-pedagogical methods of development of productive thinking of schoolchildren as the main component of creative activity.
