Abstract
Value of Bologna Process in formation of competence-based approach is considered. The ratio of the concepts "competence" and "competence" is analyzed. Determination of competence, as set of knowledge, abilities, skills, qualities of the personality, experience of activity who allows effectively and to carry out productively activity in a certain sphere is given. And also definitions competence which is treated how the education and experience level, allowing successfully to carry out professional function.
