Abstract
This article examines the role of Corporate universities in the system of corporate education. The theoretical analysis allowed to clarify the concept of "Corporate University", the goal of Corporate universities, the main functions and advantages in comparison with traditional public system of professional education, to justify it as a factor of strategic development of the organization. This issue is also important from the point of view of stabilization, development, competitiveness of commercial organizations in a modern market economy.
