Abstract
The actual of discipline «Training of the professional-orientated rhetoric, discussion and communication» in the training program of educational research personnel in a postgraduate study is considered in the article: a theoretical part in which graduate students get acquainted with rhetoric history, the main subdiscipline of this science and its laws, and a practical part in which students realize the received skills.
