Abstract
There has been presented a list of pedagogical approaches implemented at the faculty of Economics and management of KSMU, in which is given big importance to the possibilities of the educational process and the development of creative initiatives of students. The research installed the importance of a number of specialized training courses to prepare the best possible adapted to current market conditions of the future economist and manager of health care. Their study helps along with getting a good theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilities have broad opportunities to improve cultural and moral and civic education of future specialists, the realization of which is possible with the use of traditional and innovative teaching methods.
