Abstract
In a pedagogical context, innovations represent not only novelty, but also the traditional principles, technologies, approaches, methods and tools that contribute to increasing training efficiency and open up new opportunities. Active use of innovations in modern education can be possible only in close cooperation with the traditional pedagogical technology that allows you to maintain the positive trends and contribute to the development of alternative approaches. Coaching, mentoring and advising are considered to be innovative pedagogical technologies.
