Abstract
The article features clarify the concept of "educational work", provides definitions in a wide, narrow, local, unified sense. A broad definition of the meaning refers to the macro level teaching modeling and teaching. A narrow definition of the meaning determined by the meso-level teaching modeling and teaching. Local sense is characterized by micro-levels of teaching modeling and teaching. Unified meaning determinations defined unique, unified system solutions posing problems of personality development in the continuing education model. Selected definitions can be used in the structure of the development of software and provision of pedagogical pedagogical interaction in the educational organization.
