Abstract
The article deals with the experience of working with young people within the organization of the folk ensemble "Phoenix" at MBU DTDM to the city of Rostov-on-Don. The question of the formation of interest in folklore studies of adolescents, through the use of innovative technologies, as well as to create conditions for the development of teenagers in today's musical trends.
