Abstract
The article are describe the problem of personal training of engineering companies of Strategy of development of mechanical engineering. Two options are proposed of personal training: training in the colleges and l training in the enterprise. Describes the processes of the organization and training of personnel in the profession of «CNC machine operator» in the context of the enterprise on the basis of Professional standard. The conclusion about the effectiveness of the training process of personnel in the profession of «CNC machine operator» in the context of the enterprise.
