Abstract
The article considers one of the books on comparative pedagogy in Russian, in which the author of the book focuses an attention on the crisis and ways of overcoming it. This review presents the author from Kazakhstan as a leading comparator researcher, and his works are a worthy addition to comparative literature in different countries in Russian. The review provides a brief overview of the book in order to attract the attention of researchers and students engaged in comparative studies to assess the quality of education.
