Abstract
The article defines the framework of productive learning course "Practical pedagogy", provides quality solutions to productive problems of modern pedagogy. Quality solutions productive tasks depends on the choice of personalization methods and resources for solving problems, especially which are determined by the normal distribution of ability and health.
